Dermal Needling is an advanced Skin Needling Treatment, used to stimulate fast collagen production and renewal – resulting in smoother and more youthful looking skin. Dermal Needling is the perfect treatment for treating fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, skin texture and an overall rejuvenation of the skin.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Dermal Needling is easily performed using our medical grade motorised Needling System. This System uses a series of microscopic needles that is controlled by a unique motorized head to provide thousands of precision channels into the dermal and epidermal regions of skin. These needles cause multiple, tiny micro-punctures in the dermis. These micro-punctures stimulate growth factors in the skin and the post traumatic response produces collagen and elastin- two of the key building blocks of our skin. As the structure of the skin is largely left intact, the skin heals within 4-7 days post treatment.
WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR?
Dermal Needling is suitable for all skin types and for people who want to eliminate and improve the appearance of acne scarring, eliminate visible signs of aging and rejuvenate your skin.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER MY TREATMENT?
There is redness and may be mild swelling in the treated skin areas. Depending on the intensity of the treatment, you may experience light crusting for the following 7-10 days. Generally, your skin will heal within 3-5 days and you can resume your normal activities.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED?
A minimum of 3-6 treatments are recommended to achieve the best results. The treatments are performed 2-4 weeks apart.

HIFU and Plasma Fibroblast Lifting Treatments
HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is the next generation in advanced non-surgical facial rejuvenation, providing deep penetration, real lasting results and no damage to the skin surface! The closest technology available to a true surgical face-lift without surgery.
HIFU is a non-surgical method to lift and tighten the skin of the face and neck using high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy. The ultrasound targets different depths of the skin, working to tighten the different skin layers to produce optimal results. Specifically, the HIFU targets the Super-facial Muscular Aponeurotic System (SMAS) layer. SMAS refers to the deep tissue layer below the dermis. The HIFU technology encourages the cells to produce new collagen, allowing the skin to increase firmness and elasticity. PLASMALIFT
Plasma therapy is the aesthetic industry’s most advanced non surgical, skin lifting and tightening treatment. It is used with great results for wrinkle smoothing, eyelid tightening, eyelid hood reduction, smoker’s lines, marionette lines, crow’s feet, frown lines, ear lobe tightening and more, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
This innovative technology utilises plasma – formed through ionisation of atmospheric gasses – to stimulate instant contraction and tightening of skin fibres. This technology does not use scalpel or laser to remove excess skin, thereby avoiding all risks inherent to the traditional intervention.
The treatment is performed through minute spots made with a pen type device at a certain distance one from the other to stimulate instant contraction and tightening of skin fibres.
Results can be seen immediately but continue to improve over a 6-8 week period and can last up to around 3 years with many results permanent. This is done all without the use for needles, scalpels, anaesthetic or costly surgery.
The treatment consists of many plasma dots spaced closely together and most areas of the face and body can be treated. The procedure normally takes 30 – 60 minutes to perform. How Does IPL Laser Treatment Work?
IPL laser treatment uses targeted energy to remove damaged or pigmented skin cells or hair follicles. A trained IPL technician will use a handheld device to direct wavelengths of light onto the skin.
This area will heat up and break down the discoloured area or hair follicle. The damaged tissue is then removed naturally by the body. IPL is a little different to traditional laser treatment, because it sends out more than one wavelength of light at a time.

Who Shouldn’t Get an IPL Treatment?
If you’re pregnant, have a skin condition or take medication for another condition, you should consult your doctor before getting IPL laser treatment.
